What is my role in running the business?

As a Bricks 4 Kidz franchisee you will be managing the business. With the help of our Bricks 4 Kidz support team, you will hire staff that will run your Bricks 4 Kidz activities, while you plan and promote the activities. To grow your business, you will develop relationships with the key stakeholders in your territory such as primary schools, creches/Montessori, secondary schools, businesses, parents, hotels, libraries, special needs groups and local community groups.

What experience do I require?

No, there is no experience or educational requirement. Bricks 4 Kidz franchisees employ tutors to deliver their classes. However, we are selective and we are looking for franchisees that have succeeded in their career to date.

How do I recruit staff?

We assist you throughout the recruitment process including creating job specifications, people specifications and lastly sourcing candidates.

How do you support franchisees once they have started?

Once our franchisees have started to operate Bricks 4 Kidz, our franchisee support team gives support in each step of your business: marketing, sales, operations and staff recruitment.

LEGO® is expensive, how much will I have to spend on products?

While we use official LEGO® pieces, we use specially designed Bricks 4 Kidz kits which cost €100 per kit. All of our models are built from the same kit so you do not need to buy multiple different kits. Our franchisees spend on average €4,500 on new LEGO® products.

What happens if I get sick and need to take time away from the business?

We always recommend our franchisees take out critical illness and income protection cover before purchasing the franchise. You can also nominate a manager to run the business in your absence.

What happens if I want to exit the franchise agreement, can I sell my franchise?

Your franchise is your asset to sell at any point during your agreement. We will assist you to sell your franchise. Any new potential franchisee will have to undergo the same recruitment process as you did. Bricks 4 Kidz must approve any franchise sale. You may also have the opportunity to sell your territory to a neighboring franchisee.
